The Performance Dashboard is built by Parkinson's Performance Centre (PPC) for its coaching clients. It brings your recovery, training, and bloodwork together in one place, so you and your coach work from the same picture. That takes personal health data — this page explains, plainly, what we collect, who can see it, where it lives, and the choices you always have.
What we collect
- Your account — your name, email address (and, when different, the address of your Trainerize account), your program, and which coach you are assigned to.
- WHOOP — nightly recovery, sleep, and strain summaries. These sync only after you connect your WHOOP yourself, through WHOOP's own authorization screen. We request read-only access to your profile, recovery, sleep, and cycle data — nothing more — and you can withdraw that access at any time.
- Trainerize — your scheduled and completed workouts, used to follow your training.
- Vitality Blueprint — your blood-panel results: biomarkers, their reference ranges, and your Vitality Score.
- Scores we compute — the five pillar scores and the nightly Power Score, derived from the data above.
That is the whole list. We collect no payment details, no location, and nothing from sources you haven't connected.
Who can see it
- You — your own dashboard, always.
- Your coach — the one coach assigned to you sees your dashboard, so they can coach you from real data.
- PPC's founding team — a small, named group of admins with oversight of all client dashboards, responsible for running the service.
Nobody else. Coach and admin visibility is part of the coaching service you join — it is what makes the dashboard useful. Your data is never sold, never shared with other companies, and never used for advertising.
Where it lives
Everything is stored in the European Union, in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and database rules enforce the visibility above row by row — a coach's account can only read the clients assigned to them. The tokens that connect your WHOOP are stored server-side and are never readable from a browser.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are an active client — long-term trends are the point of the dashboard. When you leave the program, or whenever you ask, we delete your data.
Your choices and rights
- See and correct — ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to correct anything that is wrong.
- Disconnect WHOOP — remove the dashboard's access at any time in your WHOOP app's privacy settings, or ask us to disconnect it for you. Syncing stops immediately.
- Delete everything — on request we delete your client record and everything attached to it: health metrics, scores, and integration connections. It is removed from the live system right away and disappears from short-term backups as they automatically expire.
If a security incident ever affects your data, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
Questions and requests
The fastest route is always your coach — just ask. For privacy questions or a formal request, email Parkinson's Performance Centre at support@parkinsonperformancecentre.com. When this dashboard changes in a way that affects your data, this page changes with it — the date at the top tells you when.
