How we handle your data

Privacy policy · Performance Dashboard · last updated 23 July 2026

The Performance Dashboard is built by Parkinson's Performance Centre (PPC) for its coaching clients. It brings your recovery, training, and bloodwork together in one place, so you and your coach work from the same picture. That takes personal health data — this page explains, plainly, what we collect, who can see it, where it lives, and the choices you always have.

What we collect

That is the whole list. We collect no payment details, no location, and nothing from sources you haven't connected.

Who can see it

Nobody else. Coach and admin visibility is part of the coaching service you join — it is what makes the dashboard useful. Your data is never sold, never shared with other companies, and never used for advertising.

Where it lives

Everything is stored in the European Union, in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) in Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and database rules enforce the visibility above row by row — a coach's account can only read the clients assigned to them. The tokens that connect your WHOOP are stored server-side and are never readable from a browser.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are an active client — long-term trends are the point of the dashboard. When you leave the program, or whenever you ask, we delete your data.

Your choices and rights

If a security incident ever affects your data, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.

Questions and requests

The fastest route is always your coach — just ask. For privacy questions or a formal request, email Parkinson's Performance Centre at support@parkinsonperformancecentre.com. When this dashboard changes in a way that affects your data, this page changes with it — the date at the top tells you when.
